Building Pads

We offer everything you’d need for your building pad. We can clear the lot, compact the pad to the desired compaction, and get it ready for new development! We work on building pads for residential and commercial buildings of all sizes.

Asphalt Paving

We can tackle any asphalt project! Whether it’s new asphalt, asphalt overlays, trench patching, demolition and replacement, or seal coating for maintenance. We can do smaller residential paving projects, commercial paving projects, and everything in between. We have access to the highest quality materials and decades of experience. Septic Systems

Trust us with your septic system, we’re the experts! We can make repairs on existing septic systems and install new septic tanks. We install and repair gravity-fed septic systems, pump systems, and sand filtration systems. We’re proud to be on the Butte County of Environmental Health Wastewater Systems Installers List. Underground

We can help you with all your underground work. We can prepare a site and install a wide range of underground infrastructure. From start to finish, we install utilities, gas lines, power, communications, septic systems, internet, and water. We can help at every stage of your project. Our prices are very competitive and our underground work is second to none.

Drainage

We can create new drainage solutions or repair existing drainage systems. We’ll assess the property and make sure all water flows where it should. We work on French drains, storm drains, erosion control, water retention, ponds, and water storage. Drainage solutions are essential for keeping your property safe and running efficiently.

Grading/Dirt Work

Many properties and lots start off in need of grading and excavation services. We can remove stumps, grade the existing dirt, prep your lot, and take your property to new elevations. This service is often needed before paving or creating building pads. We’re here to answer any questions and can make a site visit if needed!
